Here is a list of some Weight Loss Management Hormone-Friendly Foods
· HGH friendly foods: Whole grains, legumes, vegetables, lean proteins, beef
· Testosterone-friendly food: yellow and orange vegetables and green leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts and legumes, proteins.
· Progesterone friendly food: beans, protein, fruits, vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables, nuts, seeds
· Estrogen-lowering food: whole grains, plant-based proteins, good fats, colorful fruits and vegetables, green tea.
· Leptin-friendly food: fish, poultry and seafood. Limit MSG (monosodium glutamate) flavor enhancer (Asian food)
Now, in case you haven’t noticed the pattern, hormone-friendly foods are basically fruits, vegetables, whole grains and protein. Think about it!
