After your free session, you can decide whether you’d like to have your personal set of sessions, or you'd rather enroll in the online course intensive "Eat to Lose Weight", or I can design a specific 32 Mondays Weight Management Program just for you.

At the end, I will create a personal road map for you to work on it on your own.
