There is no way to lose or maintain weight, to improve your health, and to gain energy and vitality if you can’t take control of what you eat. And the only way to do it is to stop eating highly manufactured food. These are foods that have undergone significant transformation from the original natural ingredients, products for which it is hard to determine what they really contain and how they have been made or prepared. If you want to stop eating that way, there is no other choice but to start preparing your own food and take control of what you eat. And to do so, you need to:
· Go back to the kitchen,
· Start a food journal to know exactly what you are eating and
· Change your habits at the grocery store.
