Beans have unique qualities which, if you cook your beans wisely, will help you lose weight.
Beans are low in carbs, medium in fiber and high in protein. So you can eat them with clean consciousness if you:
- Avoid them at night
- Cook them with little fat or other ingredients that have a lot of calories
