Dear Friends,
I hope all of you are coping the best you can with this challenging situation. It’s scary in many senses, and if you are like me, the uncertainty of the future is hard to manage.
I want to do whatever is in my power to help alleviate the stress of this time, which is different for everyone. But one thing we all share right now is that we have to keep a few weeks of quarantine.
This is a time when we need to eat as healthy as possible to maintain our immune system as strong as possible when facing the challenge to go out to get groceries. Also, we are not moving that much and we may get bored at home all day, so chances are we are going to eat more than is necessary. In addition, we don’t want to end this challenging time with more pounds or Kilos than when we started, which would make us suffer more than what we already are in the situation we are currently dealing with.
I can’t promise anything, but I know that my program can teach you an easy way to keep your weight under control by eating healthy and using simple ways to prepare your own food.
This is the right time to learn and practice healthy eating and weight management techniques. Not only do you need stay healthy and manage your weight, but you have the time to read, learn, apply recommendations and prepare healthy food while not spending much time choosing and buying ingredients at the grocery store, which should be avoided as much as possible.
I want to help the community the most I can during this pandemic, so I have reduced the price of my book with my program to the minimum Amazon allows me(I would have loved to give it for free if I could)during the whole month of April, which on average is the time estimated that we’ll have to stay home.
Please, use the extra time you are having these days to learn the best way to eat healthy and keep your weight under control. You can find the book here.
Stay safe and healthy,
Arantxa
Over to You!

I'd love to hear from you!
