In the end it’s you the one that needs to make the changes in your diet and lifestyle to accomplish your objectives. The only way to really make those changes and maintain them is by really understand what you need to do, why and how to make them. Rather than “starting a healthy diet” is about a learning process. Once you make the changing process yours rather than somebody else telling you what to do, is easier to make it happen.
