I signed up for this program because I felt that my weight was out of control. Over the years, I kept buying larger clothes, and neither of the changes in diet and exercise I tried helped. It was really frustrating.
I was aware of Arantxa’s program and I decided to contact her. Her explanation of the 32 Mondays Weight Management Program was very clear, and I thought it was doable.
During our sessions together, I realized that changes have to be implemented in small steps. If you decided to go for big changes instantly your chances of success are really low. Your body needs to adjust to changes gradually, and Arantxa was really good at explaining this and helping me with the time frame of the changes.
Moreover, Arantxa understood very well the challenges of every step in my personal case, and was able to provide personalized solutions to increase my chance of success.
Another thing I liked was that the results showed up quickly. It was not an amazing decrease of weight but it was noticeable. At the same time, it felt great to gain more control of my eating habits.
Arantxa helped me gain a much better understanding of the needs of the body and of the eating habits. Understanding of what and how to eat to keep the metabolism active helped me a lot and showed me why previous efforts failed.
Overall, I found the experience very positive. You need to put some effort into it, but it is very manageable, and Arantxa is extremely good understanding the personal challenges.
Now I feel great, because I can control when I eat, how much I eat, and what I eat. I feel in control of my weight again, and I know how to balance my diet and exercise. I was also able to lose more weight after I’ve finished the 32 Mondays program.
It is not a fast change but it works great over a reasonable period time. You are changing how the body interacts with food and exercise in a controlled process.
Arantxa has designed an excellent program that really works. I strongly recommend it.
