You need a WOK (one of those big Asian Pans) for the BEST Stir-Fries.
Ingredients
- 1tray of organic chicken breasts -or beef- cut in small pieces
- 1 tray of cut stir-fry vegetables (or cut a mix of vegetables yourself): onions, capsicum, broccoli, zucchini
- Chicken broth
Stir fry the chicken in a very hot pan with olive oil. When golden add salt and pepper. Remove from pan.
Stir fry the vegetables in the same pan. Lover the heat when golden and let them cook for 5 minutes or until tender. Add salt and pepper.
Add the chicken. Cook for 5 more minutes.
Add some chicken broth at any time if it is too dry.
